We are now looking for energetic and aggressive Team Members for our Sales Team in Istanbul, Bursa, Ankara, İzmir and Mersin as SALES EXECUTIVE.

         He / She must be holding an University Degree.

         Fluent in both written and spoken English, second language is a must.

         Proven Sales Record in Air & Sea FCL / LCL.

         Min 2 years of experience in Sales of International Freight Forwarding Companies.

         Hands on experience in CRM.

         Strong relationship management and presentation skills.

         Pays a detailed attention to his/her dealings as well as professional appearance.

         Achievement driven,customer oriented, initiative, good team player and result oriented.

         Open to innovation and new technologies.

         Free to have business trips inside and outside of Turkey.

         Driving Licence and active driver.

         Male candidates must have completed military service.

The primary objective of the ATA Freight Sales Department is to ensure the growth of ATA Freight through the development of new business.

The Sales Executive is responsible for gaining new business within the assigned branch office territory. The position is also responsible for maximizing sales growth from existing customers through the development of new sales, product marketing, and customer support strategies.

         Building and maintaining a customer network and hunting for new business.

         Maintaining existing relationships.

         Make daily calls to prospective leads to set appointments.

         Perform and report client visits and sales effort.

         Actively manage leads and advance them through the sales process.

         Manage the selling process to customers.

         Keep record of sales and important information through CRM.

Please only apply if you have worked within freight forwarding and have experience in selling Air & Sea FCL / LCL Freight.
